“PSC Community Donation – Supporting The Andrew Centre”
At Pakenham Spiritualist Centre (PSC), we believe that spiritual service is not only expressed through words, prayer, or teaching, but also through practical acts of care that support dignity, nourishment, and hope in the wider community.
In this spirit, on 2nd February 2026, the PSC has made a $3,000 donation in the form of 100 Coles grocery gift cards to The Andrew Centre.
Who This Supports
The Andrew Centre provides frontline support to individuals and families experiencing hardship, including homelessness, food insecurity, and financial distress. Through their outreach and pastoral care, they assist people who are often navigating some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
By donating grocery gift cards, we aimed to offer immediate, practical assistance—helping people access food and essential household items with choice, dignity, and flexibility, rather than through fixed parcels or limited options.
Why We Chose This Form of Support
Food security is a foundational human need. When people are under pressure, something as simple as being able to shop for their own groceries can restore a sense of autonomy and relief during uncertain times.
This donation reflects PSC’s belief that:
