Join us for a powerful one-day immersive Drumming Workshop designed to awaken your rhythm, deepen your connection with self and community, and harness the healing power of the drum.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced drummer, this workshop offers a welcoming, supportive space to explore the art of drumming—combining music, movement, mindfulness, and tradition.

What You’ll Experience:

• Learn foundational drumming techniques and rhythms from various traditions including West African, Native American, Brazilian, and Cuban.
• Engage in hands-on practice and ensemble drumming.
• Participate in healing and ceremonial uses of drumming.
• Tap into your creative expression through guided improvisation.
• Explore the therapeutic and spiritual dimensions of rhythm.

Drums Provided: A variety of drums and percussion instruments will be available to use. Feel free to bring your own drum if you have one.

When registering, please select:

2️⃣ Your drum size: 12″, 13″, or 16″

⚠️ Selections must be made at the time of registration to ensure materials are prepared for you.
NOTE: We need at least 3 weeks notice of your selection prior to the workshop.
