The Three Principles of Spiritualism
At Pakenham Spiritualist Centre, our work is grounded in timeless spiritual truths that guide our connection with Spirit and one another. These Three Principles serve as the foundation for our philosophy and approach to healing, mediumship, and spiritual development.
1. The Continuity of Life
We believe that life continues after physical death. The soul is eternal, and communication with Spirit is not only possible—it is natural. Our services and demonstrations of mediumship are evidence that loved ones in Spirit remain connected and available to offer guidance and love.
2. Personal Responsibility
Each individual is responsible for their own thoughts, actions, and spiritual progression. We are co-creators of our life experiences and are accountable for the energy we bring to the world. In our community, we support each other to grow in awareness, kindness, and conscious choice.
3. Spiritual Development Through Service
True spiritual growth is expressed through compassion and service to others. Whether through healing, teaching, or everyday kindness, we strive to make the world a more peaceful, loving place. At our Centre, this principle is lived out through acts of service, shared learning, and supporting others on their path.
