Story: “The test we forget”

A soul once asked Spirit, “How will I know if I’ve passed?”

Spirit smiled.

“The test isn’t what you think. There are no written answers. Only love.”

The soul nodded and came to Earth.

Here, the soul forgot the test.
It worried about being enough.
It struggled. It blamed. It yearned.

One day, the soul heard a story—of a water beetle who climbed a reed and turned into a dragonfly.

Something stirred.
The soul remembered:

“Oh yes… I came to love.”

So it forgave the friend who betrayed it.
It smiled at strangers.
It held a grieving mother’s hand.
It prayed not for answers, but for peace.

When the soul’s time on Earth ended, it didn’t cry.

It rose.

And Spirit said,

“You passed.
You loved.”

Love is the only grade that counts.
Not how much you know,
but how much you gave.

And when you rise,
you’ll realise—
You were never meant to stay,
Only to learn,
and fly away.

Service Reflection

Key Theme: Earth Is the Soul’s Schoolroom—And Love Is the Only Lesson

This profound and spiritually resonant service wove together lectures, guided meditation, storytelling, and prayers, all pointing to a single truth:

  • Earth is not a random experience—it is a spiritual classroom. Each lifetime, each trial, each joy is part of a curriculum designed for soul growth.
  • Love is the only exam. The core lesson is not perfection, but compassion, forgiveness, and the remembrance of our divine origin.
  • Death is not the end—it’s a graduation. The dragonfly story reminds us that we do not die—we transform and rise. Our loved ones continue on, radiant and alive in Spirit.
  • We are all connected by light. As we breathe and heal, our inner light expands and joins with others to form a network of peace across the world.
  • The soul is eternal and divine. It is the garment we wear, the part of us that cannot die and is always in communion with Spirit.

In essence: We are spiritual beings here to learn, love, remember, and grow. Death is not a failure—it is a fulfilment. And love is the mark of a soul that’s passed the test.
